Important Terms & Conditions

• Health/Medical requirements with a certificate are compulsory as per Saudi norms and must be arranged by HCI.
• Haj Training/Orientation Program attendance is compulsory.
• All payments must be made through banking channels only.
• The five days of Haj are entirely governed by the Government of Saudi Arabia, including tents at Mina and Arafat, which are subject to change without prior notice. Transportation is also controlled by the Government.
• The selection and allotment of zones in Mina and Arafat are solely determined by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, India.
• All rooms in hotels at Makkah and Madinah are two-bedded only, with additional beds provided in the room as per requirement.
• Check-in time at hotels is 17:00 hrs, and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• The stated dates and itineraries are provisional and may vary (plus/minus) by a day or two depending on the Hijri calendar & flight allocations.
• Flight schedules, itinerary, and accommodation of a similar category are subject to change without prior notice.
• We are not responsible for delays, rescheduling, cancellations, or missed connections of flights by the airlines or for any delays caused by natural calamities, war, strikes, etc. Nor are we responsible for any additional expenses and problems arising due to these situations.
• We do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of luggage by airlines.
• All services start from and end at Jeddah/Madinah Airport.
